1. Written by Mike on May 18, 2011 Just food for thought, Dean Chandler has been Barred from practicing law in California. The FBI investigation is still going on. As far as I know the assets that was seized at the time the FBI raided his office which was about 1/2 million dollars is still being held. The Class Action Law Suit is still proceeding. Since he can't practice law I hope he's feeling a little pain like what he's done to us. If you're reading this Dean I warned you what was going to happen if you didn't refund my money. I always keep my word. "Pay Back is a b.i.t.c.h.
2. Written by June on May 13, 2011 I am not sure if this company is still affiliated with Travis Irverson or Parker Vinson but my mother was working on a mortgage modification with global capitol on 2021 third street in riverside, california and she was taken for $2230.00 and they went out of business. They never returned her money. Crooks!!!!

4. Written by Got me too! on July 21, 2010 They got $3,495.00 from me. After working with Chase for about six months Chase asked me for everything again from scratch. I believed they would be helpful and they said Chase was giving me the run around and they could get this settled within 60 no later than 90 days. It's going on 120 days and I can't contact them by phone nor do they respond to my e-mails. The voice messages says this is a busy time for them. I've called Chase myself and started handling where they left off. If someone files a class action against them I will join in.
5. Written by Insider on July 3, 2010 The people running this company: Gary Bobel - owner Travis Iverson - owner Dean Chandler - managing attorney (signs the paperwork) Parker Vinson - general manager Shevneel Singh (goes under the names Steve Singh, Shane, Michael Amani) - sales manager Other key figures: Eric Whitcomb - sales closer (collects your money) Jennifer Daigle - processes your paperwork and does the dirty work for Vinson Megan Iverson - executive assistant - helps process paperwork and handles payroll They are NOT in San Diego. They are in a strip mall off of 3rd Street in Riverside. Exit the 91 fwy at Blaine St, make a right, drive about a mile and you will see the strip mall. Singh drives a white 2006 Benz, Vinson has a white SUV, Travis Iverson drives a black SUV, Daigle has a black SUV and Megan Iverson drives a white Mustang. Yes, I worked there, so I know it. I quit because of all the disgusting things they had done.
6. Written by David James on July 3, 2010 Tracey, if you have been defrauded than take your complaint to the FBI in San Diego.
7. Written by tracey on June 30, 2010 How do you know they will be indicted soon?
8. Written by THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN on June 30, 2010 It appears that Federal Authorities are ready to move, or already have moved their investigation to a Grand Jury. It is my understanding Dean Chandler and Gary Bobel, among a short list of others, are on top of this impending indictment. Man that was quick!!! Concurrent with there indictment, they will be closing 1st American Law Center for good, if your owed money you had better move quicker than the Grand Jury(GOOD LUCK)!!!
9. Written by WEASEL on June 29, 2010 Tell the FBI that they have a shop in Riverside off of Blaine that is supposed to not be discussed. There is a Iranian or Indian or something there named Shelveen Singh and from what I can tell two caucasian guys (both are really fat and stick out like sore thumb) named Travis Iverson and Kyle Parker Vinson. I will say that in this parking lot there are a few very nice cars that are not directly in front of the business but around it..... Weird. ![]() |
